Bassted.com is a place for bassists, its written and populated by bassists that all play bass. So all in, right from the get go, we have a pretty good thing going, being as we are mostly writing about bass related stuff…wouldn’t you say.

The idea is that you as a bass player, searching around online can have somewhere to come, read about bass stuff, maybe learn some new tricks from the Instruction & Technique category, maybe you just want to have a rant  about a certain product, good or bad. We want you to share your experiences with products, gigs, learning, practising, …so if ya see something on the site you have knowledge about, share it with us here at bassted.com, there’s nothing like first-hand experience of reading about someone else dealing with the pitfalls of what you want.  Twisted.

Its not all just bass, bass, bass…well, it is really but our writers will periodically be reviewing music, maybe the odd movie or book(as a bassist, I like allof these things),we’ll put together informative articles and pieces about stuff bassists want to hear about.

We want bassted.com to be a place that bassists can come to begin their evening web-surf after work, or start the day to find out about the lastet in the low-end world. Most of all we want you to let us know what you want to see..hell, you can write for us, or do guest blog posts if you send us something you have written that you think we might like, we’re easily plesed too.

So I hope you enjoy what we have to offer you here. Our content will grow daily so we’ll hope you see you every couple of days to catch up on whats going on.

You can think of us as the interweb’s Alt. Bass magazine, and we’ll think of you when we write it.
